Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and u7u7 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the u7u7 website located at https://u7u7.io and all associated services, products, and features made available thereon.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the u7u7 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and u7u7.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds held in the account dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the u7u7 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. u7u7 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings derived from such accounts.

2.3 Account Registration

To open an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. u7u7 may refuse registration or close an existing account if information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using u7u7's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. u7u7 does not make any representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Users who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other credentials used to access your u7u7 account. You must not share your login details with any third party. u7u7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via one-time password (OTP) to protect your account against unauthorised access.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify u7u7 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. u7u7 will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access or from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our commitment to security and fair play, u7u7 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle. Verification may require submission of:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or valid driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within three months.

3.4 Account Closure

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any applicable wagering conditions on bonus balances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your u7u7 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to clear. u7u7 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system maintenance.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts transacting via mobile wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawals are subject to account verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements. u7u7 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the u7u7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). u7u7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit from a foreign-currency account may result in transaction failure, and any currency conversion costs incurred shall be borne by the user.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by u7u7 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and include, at minimum, the wagering requirement, the eligible games or markets, the minimum qualifying deposit amount, and the expiry period of the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the u7u7 welcome bonus is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100%, while certain slots and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotion Changes

u7u7 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time. Changes will be published on the platform and communicated to affected members where reasonably practicable. Once a qualifying deposit has been made and a bonus credited, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the u7u7 platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. u7u7 does not accept claims for the cancellation of bets based on user error after confirmation, except in circumstances expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable market rules.

6.2 Odds and Market Availability

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager. u7u7 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or remove any market at any time, including during live play, without prior notice.

6.3 Settlement and Void Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or voided sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with u7u7's sport-specific rules published in the Betting Rules section of the platform. Voided bets are returned to your account as stake money. u7u7 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, data error, or technical malfunction that materially affected the odds at which the bet was accepted.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum single-bet and cumulative payout limits apply and are set out in the sport-specific betting rules. Where a bet's potential return exceeds the applicable payout limit, the payout will be capped at that limit and the odds adjusted accordingly prior to bet acceptance. u7u7 will notify users where a stake reduction is applied to bring a bet within payout limits.

7.1 Game Providers and Fairness

For all account and transaction disputes, the records held by u7u7's servers shall constitute the primary source of evidence. Where a discrepancy exists between a user's records and u7u7's server records, u7u7's server records shall prevail unless the user can demonstrate a material error in those records by clear and convincing evidence.
